How to make £6,000+ with zero start up
costs
Hello!
Make extra cash easily with no start up costs, no risk and
no fuss…
I am a great believer in never putting all your eggs in one basket.
Yes, I know it’s an old cliché but it is one that if you are in business you should most certainly sit up and
take notice of. Why? Because you never really know what’s around the corner. It’s impossible to predict how
your own circumstances or that of your business contacts and suppliers might alter in the future and that’s
why I am always on the look-out for new business opportunities. It’s called minimising the
risk!
As you know, eBay is my ‘big love’ and my main selling platform and
personally it is where I make the most profit and achieve the greatest visibility for my products, but if by
some great catastrophe, eBay wasn’t a viable option for me anymore, what would I do? Although this is an
extremely unlikely scenario, it’s the reason why I also dabble in lots of other online areas including
running my own websites selling hot niche products, affiliate marketing and I also use the well known site
that is eBay’s biggest competitor – Amazon.
To be honest with you, it took me a little while to convince myself to
get started with Amazon because I had been selling on eBay for over a year before I decided to expand and use
Amazon as part of my business plan. My eBay business was running like clockwork and I didn’t really need to
think about what I was doing because it was all on auto-pilot. So, when I looked in to Amazon selling, I
discovered that although similar, there are some differences compared to eBay and I had to actually engage my
brain again to get going with Amazon, but it didn’t take long.
Is Amazon the same as eBay?
What surprised me initially was that where feedback is the be all and
end all over on eBay, Amazon buyers and sellers aren’t really that bothered about receiving or leaving
feedback comments, although the facility is there for all to see quite easily. Amazon's Marketplace is very
similar to eBay in that you list your product and wait for someone to purchase it, however unlike eBay you
don’t have to pay for your listing up front which in my opinion is a huge plus point. You only pay Amazon
once your item is purchased which is obviously great on the cash-flow side of things.
I quickly got to grips with Amazon and so if you are looking to add an
extra string to your bow that you can easily run alongside your eBay business then I do believe that Amazon
is a natural choice. Like eBay you’ve got a ready made market and ready made traffic, there’s no messing
about with creating websites, you simply list and sell. And the easiest way to ease yourself in to selling on
Amazon with absolutely no start up costs and to test the water is to sell what Amazon really became well
known for in the beginning, and that’s books.
One out of every 12 books sold on Amazon is a second hand book, with
total sales of these amounting to about £300 million. So this is a market that has really taken off in a big
way.
Is it easy
to start selling on Amazon?
We all have old
books lying around at home and that’s why this is the ideal home business that you can truly test with no
outlay, before you commit. You won’t actually have to spend any money to try this out – just list your own books
that you have finished with and that are in good condition – after all, what else are you going to do with them
– you’ll either leave them sitting on the shelf or send them to a charity shop eventually.
As with anything, however simple it may seem, there are ways of doing things
properly. Like eBay, you can’t just sell anything on Amazon and make a profit and you can’t just expect to throw up
a listing for a dog-eared copy of a Jackie Collins novel and expect to make a fortune!
Luckily though, help is at hand in the form of
a great lady called Sharon Fussell.
Sharon has written an excellent
step-by-step guide to selling second hand books on Amazon and it’s called ‘Sold, Dispatch
Now!’
You can check it out
here
Sharon is a normal person, just like you and me, who has generated a substantial income over the
past few years by selling second hand books on Amazon and making a profit. She is not a computer whiz-kid and when
she started doing this she was actually working full time – proof enough that you can dip your toes in the water
and run this business part time whilst employed in your regular job.
How will ‘Sold Dispatch Now!’ help
me?
What Sharon has done is put together her own simple system
which includes a very straight-forward manual, video tutorials and importantly, an indispensable guide to finding
second hand books that are actually profitable. In short, everything you need to follow her own success.
Sharon is revealing her blueprint so that
you will be able to get started immediately and make between £6,000 and £15,000 a year just like she
does.
Sharon shows you how you can build your own
part-time business from home using a computer with an internet connection, some kitchen scales and some padded
envelopes! How simple is that.
And what’s refreshing about Sharon’s course is that she offers email support for you
when you are setting up your new Amazon business so you’ll never feel alone if you get stuck, although ‘Sold,
Dispatch Now!’ is written in such an easy to understand step by step way there is little chance you will need any
help. Never the less, it’s there should you need it.
Sharon will show you how to become a really
successful Amazon seller with hot tips such as:
-
How to sign up as an Amazon bookseller in less than 5
minutes
-
How selling books internationally can increase your
profits
-
Ways to sell less than perfect books
-
What types of books you must never buy
-
How to persuade people to buy from you and not the
competition

Now, I do have to give you just a tiny word of warning – please don't
expect this to turn you into a millionaire. You can do this on its own part time or full time or run it
alongside your eBay business to make some extra cash, and it’s ideal if you are a busy mum, are retired or
are a student looking for an additional income stream. The crux of this being that you don’t need to worry
about having any specific expertise. Anyone can do it. So, if you have a computer and an hour or two to spare
during the week you can easily do this.
Here’s some feedback from one of
Sharon’s students:
“We are now selling around 120 books per
week…which would yield an income (if we stay at the present rate) of well in excess of £20,000 per annum…not bad
for part-time…” Richard
Bullivant
Sharon’s system includes:
- An easy to follow step by step guide to get you started and master
listing techniques
- An updated list of ‘Red Hot Sellers’ – an indispensable guide to
help you find profitable used books
- Videos showing exactly how Sharon uploads books on to Amazon ensuring the
most buyers and the best profits
- Sharon's personal email
address. Sharon is happy for
you to contact her any time to get specific advice for your business
The whole process of using Amazon's Marketplace is covered. From
setting up an account, to listing your items, to dispatching your orders. In her course, Sharon uses books as
examples of the items being sold and as I’ve said if you want to try this out with zero start up costs, books
are ideal, but having read this manual and listed goods myself on Amazon, I know that you can follow Sharon’s
techniques to sell pretty much anything as long as it has a barcode or an ISBN number on it so it’s perfect
to run alongside your eBay business.
‘Sold, Dispatch Now!’ is certainly not
difficult to understand and you get a 30 day money back guarantee plus support from Sharon so there’s absolutely no risk involved. Don’t
forget this involves zero start up costs too.
All the details are
here
So that sums it up really. Amazon is
definitely an area to consider if you are looking to naturally progress your business. I list on Amazon and have
done for over 4 years with good results, so if you do try Sharon’s course, please let me know how you get on – I’d
love to hear from you.
Don’t forget to look out for my weekly newsletter on
Friday….
As always I wish you the very best of
success,
Amanda
