Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

All orders are dispatched within 5 business days by Royal Mail Standard Post, however you should allow up to 14 days for delivery.

It is extremely rare that your order will take longer than 7 days to reach you and in these circumstances we will always contact you to let you know if there has been a delay.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, you can contact us at info@broadwaypublishingcompany.com and we will resolve any problems.

Returns Policy

All our products have a 30 day money back guarantee. We do ask that the item is returned in it's original condition please. Once received, refunds are issued within 2 business days.

Our Return Address is included on all parcels. If you wish to return a product, please return it to the address provided unless otherwise stated.

It is helpful to us if you include your name, address, date of purchase and reason for the return.
