Where will you source your stock?
There are many options available, from Car Boot Sales to Wholesalers to Importing from China. You need to research thoroughly and find inexpensive products for your eBay business, that are readily available and that you can make a good profit on when you sell them online.

Do you require an eBay Shop / Store?
There are many advantages to having an eBay shop including reduced fees, marketing tools, search engine feeds and more. Many of the larger eBay businesses have eBay shops, so it is worth checking out the details over on the eBay website.


How will you list your products?
Check out the competition and decide whether you are going to run eBay auctions, fixed price listings or a mixture of both. There are advantages and disadvantages to both options depending on the type of products you sell, so take a look at what other eBay businesses are doing and research well.
